Serol's Cosmic Explorers

View the Serol website

Serol’s Cosmic Explorers is an interactive educational website, where users can take their own pictures of space using robotic telescopes. I’ve worked on this educational programme since its beginning back in 2017. I continued developing this programme over many years during my time at Las Cumbres Observatory.

I worked on the website design to update the styling to a new, clean user-friendly look. I created the majority of the static graphics and all of the web vector animations. Additionally, I did storyboarding, illustrating and animating for the Serol’s Cosmic Adventures series of short films.

I also made astronomy guides, educational activities, print activities such as colouring sheets and an activity booklet, and 3D printable models of the Serol robot character and 0.4-metre telescope.
